Integrating: Nonviolent Communication and Somatic Consensus

Nonviolent Communication teaches us a brilliant language of the heart. Somatic Consensus integrates our words with the language of the body. Our body-wisdom holds keys to a treasure house of intuitive guidance and inspiring communication. This training illuminates ways that our body connects us to our deeper needs and, when aligned with our words is the key to walking our talk with power and compassion.

  • Transform self-limiting beliefs and habits

  • Deepen empathic listening skills

  • Cultivate a centered presence in stressful times

  • Take decisive action that aligns with your values

For the last several years I have enjoyed sharing my workshops with children, teens and adults in your community and I’m delighted to be invited back to offer this in depth exploration into the wisdom of our bodies and practices for thriving within the bonds of Community.
